Purchases in the store is based upon the assumption that you are 18 years of age or older and can form a legally binding contract.

Marc Silvestri Art makes no warranty or promise of any kind in connection with the use of shipping companies.

Any prices listed must be stated are U.S. dollars.

6. Termination of this Agreement

You agree that we, in our sole discretion, may, immediately and without prior notice, terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the Website.

7. Disclosure for Legal Purposes

You hereby authorize us to disclose information pursuant to judicial and administrative proceedings, and in connection with law enforcement activities and as otherwise may be permitted by law, to law enforcement or government agencies if we believe the disclosure is necessary or appropriate. You also authorize us to disclose information if we believe the disclosure is necessary or appropriate in the event of an investigation of improper or illegal conduct in connection Marc Silvestri Art Website in general, such as fraud, misrepresentation, intellectual property infringement, or other activity that may put us at risk for liability.
